Laborer

Job Duties
Basic purpose is to keep yard in a clean and orderly condition

Outdoor custodial work and general housekeeping.
Sweeping, mopping and keeping surfaces clean.
Picking up and sorting through debris.
Picking up trash and emptying garbage containers.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Medium lifting is required; 50 pounds occasionally and/or 25 pounds of force frequently and 10 pounds constantly. Ability to work independently, stay on task and perform work in a safe mannor.
